This session will provide Government Contractors an update on Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) initiatives focusing on Affirmative Action Program (AAP) verification through the Contractor Portal (scheduled to open on February 1) and OFCCP’s focus on compensation during compliance reviews. In addition, we will discuss the future of pay reporting.  We will offer commentary on Executive Order (EO) 14042 - Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. This will include the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS).
