This presentation will discuss the impact of the No Surprises Act on self-funded plans and providers. We will discuss, in detail, certain disclosure requirements and obligations imposed on self-funded plans and in-network and out-of-network providers as well as a detailed analysis on the good faith estimate regulations. We will also discuss how the No Surprises Act interacts with New Jersey’s Out-of-network Consumer Protection, Transparency, Cost Containment, and Accountability Act.
