Join USI and Range Culture Company for a workshop highlighting essential skills and abilities that will help navigate conflict management in all areas of life: work, home, with the public, etc. 

We will review, discuss and practice the fundamental skills required to build relationships with the self and others in order to productively respond to conflict.  Skills will include: deep listening, flexibility, collaboration, finding common ground, de-escalation, conflict response, and establishing trust. 

The workshop will be followed by a cocktail reception. 

**We will also raffle 4 Red Sox tickets to a July game!**
