Lisa is a Senior Vice President, who specializes in working with large organizations that require extensive risk management services. Her role is to work as a trusted advisor to bring enterprise solutions to our customers.

With 21 years of service with USI Insurance Services, she provides an in-depth knowledge of the resources available to best assist our clientele with meeting their short- and long-term risk objectives. This coupled with Lisa’s 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in areas of underwriting, risk management and affinity business this provides a vast knowledge of alternative strategies. She works with her clients to better understand their overall business objectives which allow us to bring the depth of USI’s resources together to accomplish an appropriate financial solution. Working with a strong team of professionals, she strives to be innovative. She is client focused and guides the team to provide the most appropriate coverage that best protects their assets.

Lisa began her career as an underwriter. This has allowed her to understand the thought process of our insurance companies which permits her to anticipate issues beforehand and provide strategy to address any issues upfront. Because of her proficiency, she has been utilized by many insurance carriers to assist in evaluating entry into an industry sector and territory penetration. Over the last 17 years she has been focused on the development of the market offering for franchise business and Professional Employment Organization sectors. Her historical experience crosses over many industry verticals.

Lisa attended Queens College, majoring in Business Administration. Her professional designations include a Property & Casualty License and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
