Connor Mazzotta joined the USI Team in 2025, departing a noteworthy tenure as a producer for a national mutual insurance company. Based out of Saint Charles, Missouri, he specialized in the Manufacturing & Automotive industries, guiding businesses in risk management, strategic policy prescriptions, and industry trends, bearing long lasting financial impact. Connor’s drive has led him to USI, where he is now focused on helping his clients navigate the dynamic insurance market with the utmost integrity.

Originally from Southern California, his ties to Saint Charles, Missouri began at Lindenwood University. Connor was a 3-year starter on the Lindenwood University Football Team, achieving 2 GLVC Conference Championships, NCAA Playoff Bids, and D-1 FCS Advancement. Off the field, Connor received numerous academic awards, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Business Marketing and Economics. After hanging up his cleats, Connor transitioned into his professional career, gaining certifications as a Manufacturing Risk & Insurance Specialist (MRIS) and a Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP), solidifying his expertise.

Currently, Connor resides in Saint Charles with his girlfriend, Madison and his English Bulldog, Dozer. Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts and comedy shows, and relaxing lakeside.

To this day, Connor remains heavily involved in Lindenwood University Football. Along with attending games, Connor regularly volunteers and sponsors Lindenwood Athletics events.
